I began my career as an analyst at Pantheon. I then moved into secondaries advisory and primary fund placements. I then joined Citi Private Bank, where I worked on the private equity team with families and institutions. I then moved into venture, where I worked with technology and growth stage companies, and where I met Dipam. This path gave me a clear view across the capital stack. Over more than a decade, I built relationships with allocators and partners across Africa, Europe, the GCC and the United States. I supported mandates across a wide range of sectors and regions, with more than one billion in total capital allocation during this period. The birth of my daughter during a time of global uncertainty shifted my focus. I became intent on building a more humane and future focused way of supporting the ecosystem.

I created 104 Impact to act as a steady partner to founders who work on systemic issues. At the core of the firm is a simple belief, that innovation should support people and planet and not take from them. I work with care and intention, aligning investors with missions that matter while keeping structure, risk and accountability in view. 104 Impact provides capital strategy, structural guidance and long term support to founder led businesses working for impact. With a family background rooted in democracy and public service, I created 104 Impact to help address the gaps that hold society back. I began my career in investment banking, advising and supporting high growth technology companies through mergers, acquisitions and venture transactions. I then worked at Bryan Garnier and GP Bullhound, where I specialised in Software and Consumer Technology and oversaw more than €2 billion in completed transactions. These years gave me a detailed understanding of what supports sustainable growth, not only financial discipline but operational strength and strategic clarity. My approach to impact is grounded in deep involvement and expertise. I immerse myself in each project, relationship and venture with the aim of creating outcomes that are rooted in value. For me, impact is not defined by a sector or model but by the quality of engagement, insight and partnership I bring to the work.

In recent years, I applied this philosophy to my own ventures. This includes D2P Autoparts, an e-commerce company where I work across supplier relationships, technology systems, international reach and team development. My work there reflects my view that meaningful progress comes from being closely involved in the day to day reality of a business. As a co-founder of 104 Impact, I continue to build on this principle. I form long term partnerships, support careful decision making and help founders turn their plans into steady and durable progress. My role sits in linking strategy with practical steps and in helping businesses create value with clarity and purpose.
